These 5-hour seminars will give you an in-depth look into buying a home in the Greater Seattle area. Keith Bruce, a Realtor with Windermere, and Pam Girsh, a Senior Loan Consultant at Evergreen Home Lending, will guide you through the journey of finding and financing a home. In addition, you will learn about special rates and programs offered only to course graduates through the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. This fall, Mayor Nichols released an unprecedented new program for Seattle School District teachers to live and work in the same community. Evergreen Home Loans is excited to be the primary lender for this program.
